We set very high standards for quality, regionality and sustainability, especially when choosing our meat. For example, the cattle for our steaks from the EIFEL heifers are all born, raised and slaughtered in the Eifel. The animals have grazing and graze in lush meadows. Antibiotics, growth promoters and other additives are prohibited – and you can taste that!
