We are looking for a chef (m/f/d) who enjoys demonstrating their talent in a renowned address in the centre of the Moselle wine-growing region, whose creative ideas express the “new, young Moselle” and who expresses through their cuisine that in our house great importance is attached to enjoyment with food and wines from the region who wants to take responsibility and put their individual stamp on the kitchen

Your qualifications:

  • You are a trained and passionate chef
  • you are organised and motivate your colleagues as well as yourself
  • you are creative and familiar with current cooking trends, but can also present kitchen classics in a modern way
  • you have a fundamental interest in wine and incorporate this into your dishes
  • Hygiene and the responsible handling of food are a matter of course for you

Our common goal

Our restaurant with panoramic terrace is located directly on the banks of the Moselle, with a breathtaking view of the river and the steep slopes of the “Ürziger Würzgarten”. The dishes are designed to meet the high standards of our guests and creatively harmonise tradition and modernity. The reference to wine as well as regional and seasonal products should not be missing on the menu.
